What makes us unique...our skin hero, oatmeal. All of our products combine oatmeal, a skin powerhouse, with other skin super-ingredients. We know that there are other oatmeal-based products out there, but with us, you can build your entire skincare routine around oatmeal.

This will vary depending on the individual and what type of skin condition you are targeting. However, most of our customers see a significant and noticeable difference after just one use!

We recommend a shelf life of 3 months for the body scrubs and 12 months for the Oasis face oil.

Although our products are not being ingested, the gluten that is naturally present in oatmeal may trigger a reaction in people with celiac disease. We recommend that you consult with your doctor before using our products.

Oat Body scrubs are designed for the body. We recommend that you use them on the body. If you decide to use the scrubs for your face, please patch test first and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

All of our scrubs contain nuts. PLEASE DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY.

For best results, we recommend 2-3 times per week.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout by Australia Post and vary depending on the weight of the item(s) ordered. We do not charge any handling fees.

We aim to ship all order within 2-3 business days, but most orders are typically shipped on the next business day after placing your order.

All order are shipped from Sydney (NSW) via Australia Post. Orders typically take 3-7 days to arrive. International orders can take longer to arrive (7-20 days) depending on your country's customs clearance times.

Please ensure that you have a safe location for the courier to leave your order if you are not home. If you do not wish to give authority to leave at the premises if you're not home, please let us know in the Notes section during checkout, and we will organise for your order to be taken to your nearest Australia Post office.
